Robert Kiyosaki Wants Another Gold, Silver and Bitcoin Crash – Here’s Why

Robert Kiyosaki says he is not worried when gold, silver and Bitcoin fall.

He wants another crash.

The Rich Dad Poor Dad author said he used the latest weakness to buy more of all three assets and argued that the real problem is not short-term price declines, but the growing global debt burden and continued erosion of fiat currencies.

His view is consistent with a position he has repeated for years: he sees gold, silver and Bitcoin as alternatives to holding cash.

Kiyosaki Says Debt Is the Bigger Problem

Kiyosaki’s latest argument centers on government debt.

He pointed specifically to the United States, where national debt has now exceeded $40 trillion and the federal deficit is still expected to remain close to $2 trillion this year.

For Kiyosaki, that is a much bigger long-term risk than another temporary selloff in Bitcoin or precious metals.

His own recent content has continued to focus on the same theme. In late October, Rich Dad published another discussion on why he prefers gold and silver when the dollar loses purchasing power.

That explains why crashes do not necessarily weaken his thesis.

They lower the price of the assets he already wants to own.

Gold, Silver and Bitcoin Have All Been Hit Hard

The timing of his comments is important.

Bitcoin has fallen more than 40% from its 2026 peak and remains around the mid-$70,000s. Reuters technical analysis now identifies roughly $75,000 and the 200-day moving average near $73,188 as important downside levels.

Gold and silver have also suffered major corrections after their huge rallies earlier in the year.

That combination has created the exact type of environment Kiyosaki says he prefers: high fear, falling prices and continued concerns around debt and monetary policy.

Why He Wants Another Crash

Kiyosaki’s logic is straightforward.

He does not view gold, silver and Bitcoin primarily as short-term trades.

He views them as protection against a financial system built around expanding debt and fiat currencies that can lose purchasing power over time.

That means a crash is not automatically bad news from his perspective.

It can be a chance to accumulate more at lower prices.

The risk, of course, is that lower prices can always go lower still. Kiyosaki’s approach depends on being willing to tolerate deep drawdowns and maintain a long-term thesis even when markets are moving in the opposite direction.

For now, he appears comfortable doing exactly that.
