In our last XRP daily prediction, we mapped three levels to watch: a bullish move above $1.55 could open $1.60–$1.65, the base case kept the XRP price between $1.45 and $1.55, and a break below $1.45 exposed $1.36–$1.37, with $1.25–$1.30 below that.
Ripple’s XRP followed the bearish path first, falling into the $1.25–$1.30 area before buyers stepped in. The rebound then carried the XRP price to $1.65 on September 23, completing the bullish target zone before another pullback.
XRP is now around $1.53, up 2.46% over 24 hours, giving traders another decision point. The key question for September 25 is whether XRP can reclaim $1.55 or loses the $1.45–$1.50 support area. That leaves the next session focused squarely on those levels.

On-Chain Growth and Regulatory Tailwinds Support the XRP Price
The XRP Ledger recorded 11,432 newly activated accounts in September, compared with a 30-day average of roughly 2,700. That puts the latest reading about 323% above the average.
The number needs some context, though: a newly activated account does not necessarily represent a new individual user, and the available data does not establish what caused the increase. Exchange infrastructure, wallet migrations and application onboarding are among the possible explanations.
Regulation has also produced a fresh development for blockchain-based markets. On September 17, the SEC granted temporary, conditional exemptions allowing certain Tokenized Securities Venues to facilitate trading of tokenized US stocks through permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools. The order does not specifically grant XRP any new regulatory status, but it creates a framework for certain on-chain securities markets.
The AI-payment narrative adds another fundamental point. Ripple launched an XRPL AI Starter Kit supporting x402 payments using XRP and RLUSD, and the Ripple’s XRP Ledger supports machine-to-machine payments through the x402 protocol. The key caveat is that broader x402 activity remains dominated by stablecoins such as USDC, so this theme does not automatically translate into direct XRP demand.
What Is the XRP Chart Showing?
We had a look at the chart, and the main level is clear: the orange resistance line is around $1.55. XRP is trading near $1.525, meaning the token is testing this area after rebounding from the $1.45 region.

The recent structure shows a move from roughly $1.40 to $1.65, followed by a retreat toward $1.46 and a recovery back above $1.50. Historical price data also places the September 23 high near $1.65 and the September 24 low around $1.45.
Momentum indicators are mixed. The RSI is around 53.25, placing it slightly above the midpoint and leaving room for buyers to push higher without the indicator being overbought. The MACD is less supportive: the MACD line is around 0.0169, below the signal line near 0.0260, with a negative histogram around -0.0092. That shows short-term momentum has cooled after the move toward $1.65.
For the XRP price, $1.55 is the immediate resistance to watch. A clean move above it would put $1.60 and $1.65 back into focus. Below, $1.50 is the first area to defend, followed by $1.45. A break through $1.45 would weaken the recovery structure and bring $1.36–$1.37 into consideration.
Where Will XRP Price Go Today?
Bullish path:
If XRP reclaims and holds above $1.55, the next test would be $1.60, followed by the recent $1.65 high. A move through $1.65 would open the door to higher levels, but price would need to establish acceptance above that previous high.
Base path:
If the XRP price remains below $1.55 but holds $1.45–$1.50, consolidation between $1.45 and $1.55 could dominate the September 25 session. The RSI near 53 supports a market that has not reached an extreme in either direction.
Bearish path:
A break below $1.45 would put $1.36–$1.37 on the radar. That zone lines up with previous price action and would become the next major support area if sellers take control. A deeper loss of $1.36 could expose the $1.25–$1.30 region that XRP tested earlier in September.
