XRP is heading into October with the market still stuck in a broad range. The XRP price is around $1.50, and the main battle is between $1.45 and $1.60. A break above $1.60 could open the door to $1.65-$1.70, giving buyers a chance to push the token beyond its September high.
There are a few key levels to watch from here. If XRP loses $1.45, the next areas to watch are $1.40-$1.42 and then $1.32-$1.35. A deeper break below $1.27-$1.30 would weaken the current structure further. Momentum is also fairly balanced, with RSI at 48.72, the Ultimate Oscillator at 53.48 and lower recent volume pointing to continued consolidation.

XRP Price Is Caught Between Key Levels
We had a look at the XRP chart, and the momentum indicators are not giving bulls or bears a clear advantage. RSI is at 50.19, almost exactly at the neutral midpoint, and the Ultimate Oscillator is at 48.62.

The RSI also carries both bullish and bearish divergence signals. Three bearish labels point to periods of weakening momentum, whereas four bullish labels mark areas where momentum improved during price declines. With both signals appearing, the XRP price is showing clear indecision.
The structure is easier to understand when looking at the major levels. XRP recovered from around $0.90 to $1.70 before fallingeeee to roughly $1.30. The token then recovered toward $1.51, leaving it inside the current consolidation range. A move above $1.60 would bring $1.70 into focus, followed by $1.80 and $1.90. If XRP loses $1.40, the next levels are $1.30 and $1.20, with $1.10, $1.00 and $0.90 below them.

ETF Flows and Regulation Give XRP More to Watch
Institutional demand is another part of the XRP price outlook. U.S. spot XRP ETFs recorded around $121.4 million in inflows during September, taking cumulative inflows to approximately $1.79 billion. Their combined net assets reached about $1.69 billion by the end of the month.
There is also more competition for institutional crypto capital. Solana ETFs reached about $1.91 billion in net assets after eight consecutive days of inflows, putting them above XRP funds on that measure. That makes future ETF flows important for the XRP price.
U.S. regulation remains another factor to monitor. The Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act in a 49-50 procedural vote on September 15. XRP dropped close to 10% toward $1.30 after the vote, showing how quickly regulatory developments can affect the market.
The XRP Ledger also has growing use in financial infrastructure. CSD BR in Brazil has begun using the XRPL to mirror records linked to BTG Pactual investment funds. CSD BR manages more than BRL 22 trillion in registered assets, although its existing systems remain the official records for registration, custody and settlement.
XRP Price Prediction for October 3
For October 3, the XRP price remains in a neutral technical setup. RSI at 50.19 and UO at 48.62 both point to balanced momentum. The levels are clear. A break above $1.60 could open the way toward $1.70, $1.80 and $1.90.
A move below $1.40 could send XRP toward $1.30 and $1.20, with deeper support at $1.10, $1.00 and $0.90. Until one of those boundaries breaks, the XRP price remains caught inside the range.
