Kaspa is extending its recovery, with KAS price pumping another 4.5% today and climbing above $0.04. The latest advance follows an 11% rally noted by analyst Mikro, who reported that Kaspa’s market capitalization had reclaimed the $1 billion mark.
KAS has responded positively to the broader cryptocurrency market recovery. After spending much of the year under pressure, the token is now attempting to establish a more convincing upward trend.
However, Mikro believes the next important test is still ahead. His chart identifies $0.045 as the first major upside level, while the August price base remains critical to the bullish outlook.

Kaspa Price Chart: Why $0.045 Is the Next Big Test
Mikro’s chart shows how significantly Kaspa’s price structure has changed since August.
KAS spent much of 2026 declining from its January highs near $0.045. Although several rebounds occurred along the way, buyers repeatedly struggled to sustain them.
The downtrend eventually brought Kaspa toward $0.03 in August, where the token established a base before recovering in September.
The latest rally lifted KAS toward $0.0375 on Mikro’s chart. With the price now reportedly above $0.04, the token has extended that advance and moved closer to the analyst’s next resistance target.
Mikro identifies $0.045 as the first level he is watching. From $0.04, reaching that price would represent an additional gain of approximately 12.5%.

A successful breakout above $0.045 would also be technically significant because it would bring KAS back toward the area where its major decline began earlier this year.
However, the chart shows previous selling activity around $0.037–$0.038, making it important for buyers to establish that former resistance as support during any pullback.
The August base near $0.03 remains the deeper level to monitor. Mikro warns that losing it would make the latest advance look more like another temporary bounce than the beginning of a sustained recovery.
| Key level | KAS price | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| Analyst’s upside target | $0.045 | Next major resistance and approximately 12.5% above $0.04 |
| Immediate resistance | $0.042–$0.045 | Area buyers need to overcome to extend the rally |
| Near-term support | $0.037–$0.038 | Former resistance that could become support |
| Secondary support | $0.033–$0.035 | Recent consolidation area |
| Major support | $0.030 | August base; losing it would weaken the recovery |
These are approximate technical levels based on Mikro’s chart and the reported move above $0.04.
Kaspa’s Network Developments Are Back in Focus
Mikro argues that Kaspa’s recovery is about more than its recent price performance.
In his post, the analyst pointed to several network developments, including the 10-blocks-per-second upgrade, Toccata, covenants, zero-knowledge capabilities on Layer 1 and the release of SilverScript v1.
He also identified DAGKnight as an upcoming milestone, noting that development is progressing toward its testnet.
His broader argument is that Kaspa continued building while the token attracted relatively little market attention over the past year.
These developments could strengthen the network’s technical capabilities and expand the range of applications developers can build. However, protocol improvements do not automatically create additional demand for KAS, and the adoption of new functionality will matter as much as its availability.
The implementation status and capabilities of each development should also be assessed separately rather than treating every item on the analyst’s list as a fully deployed feature.

Kaspa Price Outlook: Can KAS Break Above $0.045?
Kaspa’s latest performance is encouraging for buyers. The token has reportedly risen another 4.5% today, reclaimed $0.04 and continued its recovery alongside the broader crypto market.
The immediate task is to hold above the former resistance area around $0.037–$0.038. If buyers defend that zone, KAS could make another attempt at $0.042 before testing Mikro’s $0.045 target.
A sustained breakout above $0.045 would strengthen the case for a larger recovery, potentially bringing the psychological $0.05 level into focus.
On the other hand, a rejection followed by a decline below $0.037 could lead to another test of $0.033–$0.035. A return to the August base around $0.03 would put the broader bullish interpretation at risk.
For now, Kaspa’s recovery remains intact, but $0.045 is the level that could determine whether the rally develops into something more substantial.
