U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net outflow of $61.53 million during the trading week of July 27 to 31, according to SoSoValue data.
The outflow snapped a three‑week run of net inflows, which signals a change in short‑term institutional demand for the products. Fidelity’s FBTC led the outflows with $85.19 million in redemptions, while Grayscale’s GBTC shed $52.63 million. BlackRock’s IBIT partially offset the selling with a weekly inflow of $869.02 million. The final trading day of the period saw the sharpest single‑day move, with total net outflows exceeding $265 million.
Ethereum spot ETFs, meanwhile, continued to attract capital, posting net inflows of $27.42 million for the fourth consecutive week. BlackRock’s ETHA led the Ethereum inflows with $36.62 million. The divergent flows indicate a rotation of institutional capital from Bitcoin to Ethereum products.
HYPE spot ETFs also experienced outflows, with $14.75 million leaving the funds, reflecting a cooling in demand for those products after previous consistent inflows.
