President Trump announced the plan to include major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano in a U.S. strategic cryptocurrency reserve. This has spiked excitement and also debates.
A crypto commentator Will Baxter criticized the inclusion of XRP. He claimed that Ripple controls over 50% of XRP’s supply and called the decision “pure insanity.” Pro-Ripple lawyer Bill Morgan wasn’t having any of it.
Maybe the person advising him is a little more up to date than you. The amount of XRP in escrow is now down to 37.62 % and the circulating supply is 62.33%. Ripple has a small % of the 62.33% circulating supply.

Ripple Now Holds Only a Little of the Circulating Supply
Morgan quickly fired back with current facts. He pointed out that XRP in escrow is actually just 37.62%, while the circulating supply stands at 62.33%. Morgan made it clear that Ripple only holds a small piece of the circulating supply.
Morgan praised Trump’s decision, suggesting it shows a better grasp of crypto than the critics. “Trump is too smart to accept your 2017 era anti-XRP FUD,” Morgan stated, taking aim at those still pushing outdated views about XRP.
