What is Super Bitcoin? The Bitcoin Forks have no end, so for the 17.12.2017 another Bitcoin Fork is announced, which will take place at Block 498.888 and will give birth to the Super Bitcoin with the abbreviation SBTC.
Behind this project stands a Chinese research group consisting of Li Xiao Lai, JaiPeng Lin and Ranger Shi, who promises to solve all the problems that are currently on the Bitcoin community’s minds with their slogan “Make Bitcoin Great Again”.
It’s an experiment, trying to implement promising solutions that the community has been proposing.
Talks are cheap, but actions valuable.
This includes the following elements:
- The introduction of Smart Contracts, similar to the way the Ethereum cryptocurrency is using on its blockchain.
- Lightening Network for fast and low-cost transactions.
- Zero-knowledge proofs to maintain complete anonymity. The Z-Cash crypto currency also has this principle.
- Larger blocks than currently planned in the Bitcoin community. The maximum size is 1MB. (For example, Bitcoin Cash offers a block size of 8MB)
Unfortunately, we didn’t find a whitepaper or a detailed roadmap and were disappointed. The only content the developers are currently making available to the public can be found on the official homepage.
In our opinion, this is a project that is still in its infancy and does not pursue goals that are full of substance or trustworthy enough. The hardfork for mid-December seems a little too early in view of the 4 mentioned milestones.

another wannabe BTC (Bitcoin core) coin
Bitcoin (original) will have all those.. meanwhile security is the most important thing as it grows… guys, please be patient!
This has nothing to do with being a bitcoin “wannabe”. All these bitcoin dickheads want to fork the coin over and over cause its easiest money they will ever make.
If only they really are some kind of research team, where’s the roadmap? or are they going to wait until march?
