Prediction market traders on Kalshi are taking a relatively conservative view on XRP for the rest of 2026.
Kalshi’s “How high will XRP get this year?” market currently displays a forecast around $1.80, with the contracts settling based on XRP prices through December 31, 2026.
That would still represent meaningful upside from XRP’s current price near $1.32, but it falls well short of the token’s previous record highs.
Kalshi Traders See $2 as Possible, but Far From Certain
The individual contracts show just how cautious traders remain.
Kalshi currently gives XRP roughly a 34% chance of trading above $2 before the end of the year. The probability drops to around 20% for a move above $2.50 and approximately 19% for XRP reaching more than $3.

The market has attracted more than $230,000 in trading volume, giving us a useful look at how prediction-market participants are positioning rather than relying on a single analyst forecast.
What stands out is that even $2 is currently viewed as the less likely outcome.
From around $1.32, the XRP price would need to rise roughly 52% to reach $2 and more than 127% to touch $3.
That explains why the displayed $1.80 forecast is interesting. It implies traders expect XRP to recover from current levels, but not necessarily enter the type of explosive rally that would quickly return it toward its previous highs.
For XRP bulls, the encouraging part is that the market is not pricing in stagnation. The pessimistic part is how quickly the probabilities fall once the targets move beyond $2.
At least for now, Kalshi traders appear to expect a recovery rather than a full-scale XRP rally before 2026 ends.
