Ethereum is worth around $2,515 at press time, and analyst Celal Kucuker believes the ETH price could still reach $3,000 before the end of the month.
His argument is built around three things: a roughly three-month accumulation phase, repeated defense of the $2,500 area, and stronger buying interest from Western exchanges.
Kucuker also points to a divergence between Ethereum and Bitcoin, arguing that ETH is attracting demand from the U.S. side even as Asian exchanges continue to create selling pressure.

Ethereum Chart Keeps $3,000 in Play
The four-hour chart shows Ethereum trading inside a broad rising structure.
ETH has repeatedly tested the lower part of that channel near $2,480-$2,500 and has so far avoided a sustained move below it.
That support is important because Kucuker’s bullish scenario depends on buyers continuing to defend the area.
Above current price, the first resistance zone sits around $2,560-$2,590.
If Ethereum moves through that region, $2,640-$2,720 comes next.
The chart then points toward the upper part of the rising channel near $2,900, with a marked target around $2,904.50.

From there, $3,000 becomes the obvious psychological level.
The projected move from the lower channel area toward roughly $2,900 is around 13.5% on the chart.
Why Kucuker Thinks ETH Could Reach $3,000
Kucuker says Ethereum has been in an accumulation phase for roughly three months.
The key part of his thesis is that sellers have repeatedly failed to keep ETH below $2,500.
He also points to exchange-flow differences.
His view is that selling from Asian exchanges is being absorbed by buyers on Western exchanges, with particularly strong demand coming from the U.S.
He sees that as an important contrast with Bitcoin, where the flow picture looks weaker.
That divergence is why Kucuker believes altcoins could attempt a stronger move before the year ends.

Ethereum Price Prediction for October
The path toward $3,000 is still possible, but ETH needs to recover several levels first.
| Scenario | Ethereum price outlook |
|---|---|
| Bullish | Holds $2,500, clears $2,590 and targets $2,720, then $2,900-$3,000 |
| Neutral | Trades between $2,480 and $2,650 |
| Bearish | Loses $2,480 and falls toward $2,400-$2,420 |
The $2,500 area is the key level.
As long as Ethereum continues defending it, the bullish channel remains intact.
A recovery through $2,590 would strengthen the case for $2,700+, and a move above $2,720 would make Kucuker’s $2,900-$3,000 target much more realistic before October ends.
