XRP has spent much of October trying to stabilize after slipping from roughly $1.50 toward the $1.40 area, but Grok AI believes the final months of 2026 could look considerably better for holders.
Asked to evaluate XRP using its current price, institutional developments, macro conditions and the broader crypto setup, Grok produced a base-case year-end target of $2.35.
Its bullish scenario goes much further.
Grok puts XRP at $3.40 in its stronger year-end case, which would represent a gain of roughly 140% from the current $1.40-$1.41 area.
The AI model assigned a 50% probability to its base case, 30% to the bullish scenario and 20% to a bearish outcome near $1.05.

Why Grok Thinks XRP Could Finish 2026 Much Higher
Grok’s forecast depends heavily on the broader crypto market improving before December.
Its core assumption is that Bitcoin finishes the year somewhere between $90,000 and $110,000, supported by improving liquidity conditions and more stable institutional flows.
For XRP specifically, Grok pointed to several developments that could provide additional demand.
One is Evernorth, the Ripple-backed XRP treasury company that is entering public markets under the XRPN ticker. The company holds roughly 473 million XRP and also has substantial cash available, creating a new publicly traded vehicle tied directly to XRP exposure.
Ripple’s expansion into institutional finance is another part of the thesis.
Following its acquisition of Hidden Road, Ripple Prime gives the company a much larger presence in prime brokerage, financing and institutional trading infrastructure.
Grok does not assume these developments automatically send XRP higher. Its forecast depends on them translating into stronger demand at the same time macro pressure begins to ease.
Treasury yields, the U.S. dollar and Federal Reserve policy therefore remain major variables.

Grok AI’s XRP Price Prediction for the End of 2026
Grok’s base-case XRP target is $2.35.
For that scenario to play out, XRP would first need to reclaim the $1.50-$1.55 area before working through resistance near $1.62-$1.66.
The next major test would come around $1.80.
If XRP clears those levels and the broader crypto market improves, Grok believes price could push into the low-to-mid $2 range before December ends.
| Scenario | Grok’s XRP target | Probability |
|---|---|---|
| Bearish | $1.05 | 20% |
| Base case | $2.35 | 50% |
| Bullish | $3.40 | 30% |
A move to $2.35 would represent roughly 65%-70% upside from current levels.

Importantly, Grok does not need XRP to return to a full speculative mania for that target to work.
Its base case assumes steady institutional demand, improving crypto sentiment and no major macro shock.
What Would It Take for XRP to Reach $3.40?
The $3.40 scenario is where the forecast becomes genuinely aggressive.
Grok believes XRP would first need to break $1.80 decisively before accelerating through approximately $2.20-$2.50.
From there, stronger institutional flows could push XRP toward the $3 area and eventually $3.40 by year-end.
Several things would probably need to happen together.
XRP ETF inflows would need to accelerate, Evernorth would need to demonstrate that its treasury strategy is attracting investor interest, and Ripple Prime would need to continue expanding its institutional footprint.
Macro conditions would also need to become more favorable.
A softer dollar, lower Treasury yields and less aggressive Fed policy would create a much better environment for crypto risk assets.
Grok also mentioned another possible catalyst: a major new institutional participant entering the XRP investment market.
If those factors align, the AI model believes $3.40 becomes achievable.
The Bearish Case Cannot Be Ignored
Grok’s downside scenario puts XRP around $1.05 by the end of 2026.
That becomes more likely if XRP loses the $1.30-$1.35 support area and macro pressure worsens.
Further Fed tightening, stubborn inflation, falling ETF demand or another broad crypto selloff could all push XRP lower.
Bitcoin would also play a major role.
If BTC loses the $80,000-$85,000 region and falls toward the mid-$60,000s, Grok believes XRP would struggle to avoid another large decline regardless of Ripple-specific developments.

Our Thoughts on Grok’s XRP Forecast
The $2.35 target looks aggressive but defendable.
XRP does not need to reach new highs for that scenario to happen. It mainly needs Bitcoin to recover, macro pressure to ease and institutional demand around XRP to remain healthy.
The $3.40 prediction is a different story.
That move would need several bullish factors to line up at the same time, especially stronger ETF demand and a much healthier crypto market.
Still, Grok’s forecast is interesting because it does not rely entirely on speculation.
Evernorth gives XRP a new public-market vehicle, Ripple is pushing deeper into institutional finance, and XRP already has clearer institutional exposure than it did during previous cycles.
Grok’s final numbers are therefore straightforward:
Base case: $2.35
Bullish case: $3.40
Bearish case: $1.05
A move toward $2.35 would already represent a major recovery from current levels.
