Real World Asset projects continue attracting attention as more traditional financial systems slowly move onto blockchain networks. The sector focuses on tokenizing assets like Treasuries, bonds, invoices, payroll systems, stocks, and private credit so they can move across blockchain infrastructure more efficiently.
Several projects already dominate different parts of this market. Ondo Finance focuses heavily on tokenized U.S. Treasuries and institutional yield products. Chainlink powers much of the data infrastructure needed for real-world assets through its oracle network. Stellar continues expanding its position in cross-border payments and institutional financial rails.
Zebec Network now enters the discussion from a different direction. Zebec focuses on real-time payroll, streaming payments, and payment infrastructure connected to traditional finance systems like ACH and FedNow.
That difference became visible in a community poll shared on X.

Crypto Poll Results Show ZBCN Dominating Community Sentiment Around The 2027 RWA Narrative
Crypto analyst Cade O’Neill asked users on X a simple question: “Which RWA Crypto will lead the Real World Asset narrative in 2027?”
The poll included four projects closely connected to the RWA sector. A total of 484 users participated in the final vote.
The results showed Zebec Network far ahead of the other projects. ZBCN finished with 52.7% of the total votes. ONDO secured second place with 19.8%, XLM followed with 16.5%, and LINK finished with 11%.
That result becomes more interesting because ONDO currently remains one of the largest and most established Real World Asset projects in the market. LINK also powers major infrastructure across the blockchain ecosystem, and Stellar already has years of institutional payment development behind it.
Which RWA Crypto will lead the Real World Asset narrative in 2027? 🤔

👉 $ONDO? $LINK? $XLM? or $ZBCN
The final numbers show many voters currently view Zebec Network as one of the strongest candidates for the next phase of the RWA narrative.
Why Zebec Network Pulled More Than Half The Votes
The case for ZBCN is rooted in what it actually does at the infrastructure level. Zebec enables second-by-second settlement of salaries, royalties, subscriptions, and invoices. This effectively turns future cash flows into liquid, tradable on-chain assets that can be used as collateral or accessed instantly. That is a meaningfully different value proposition compared to tokenizing a static Treasury bond.
Zebec also holds a seat in the Nacha Payments Innovation Alliance alongside JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, ADP, and Circle. That alliance governs the $85 trillion U.S. ACH network.
The project is also integrated with FedNow and is ISO 20022 compliant, which means it speaks the language that banks and financial institutions already use. Payroll is a multi-trillion-dollar market that moves on a recurring schedule, and Zebec is positioning ZBCN as the token that powers that movement on-chain.

Another factor worth noting is that Zebec does not compete with every other RWA project. It actually integrates with Chainlink oracles for data, uses Ondo’s USDY stablecoin, and builds on Stellar’s payment rails. That makes it more of an application layer sitting on top of existing infrastructure rather than a direct rival trying to replace everything else.
Why ONDO, LINK, And XLM Still Matter Despite Finishing Behind ZBCN
The poll result does not mean the other 3 projects are irrelevant. Ondo Finance remains the most institutionally trusted name in RWA right now, with high total value locked and compliance-grade yield products. Many voters acknowledged this but felt ONDO’s story is already well understood by the market.
Chainlink is still the essential data layer that most serious RWA projects depend on. Stellar continues to scale tokenized assets across its payments network and has decades of infrastructure behind it.
The poll essentially separated the established plays from the one voters see as having the most room to grow. ZBCN’s market cap sits around the $300 million range, which leaves considerably more upside potential compared to larger, more established tokens. That dynamic clearly resonated with the people who voted.
Community sentiment polls are not price predictions or financial guarantees. They capture how a specific group of engaged crypto participants is thinking about a narrative at a particular moment.

What this poll reveals is that a meaningful portion of the RWA conversation is moving toward practical, high-frequency use cases like payroll and streaming payments, rather than staying focused solely on tokenized bonds or oracle infrastructure.
Zebec Network still has real execution risks ahead. Adoption of real-time payroll across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems takes time, and the project is still in active development. The road between a strong poll result and actual market leadership in 2027 is long.
