XRP price may still be struggling around $1.25, but activity on the XRP Ledger is moving in the opposite direction.
Santiment reported that 7,934 new XRP wallets were created on November 1, making it the sixth-largest day for XRP network growth in 2026.
The timing is particularly interesting because the spike came immediately after the massive Binance hack shook confidence in centralized exchanges.

XRP Wallet Creation Jumps as Price Struggles
Santiment’s chart shows a clear change in XRP network growth during the second half of October.
For much of the summer and early autumn, daily network growth generally stayed around 2,000-3,000 new addresses.
Activity began accelerating in late October before jumping to nearly 8,000 new wallets on November 1.
That happened even as the XRP price remained under pressure around $1.25.
The divergence is worth watching.
Normally, strong price rallies can attract new users through speculation. Here, network growth is accelerating while XRP price remains weak.
🚨 XRP Adoption Accelerates While Price Hovers Near $1.25 🌱 XRP network growth is accelerating fast. November 1st saw 7,934 new wallets created, the 6th highest daily total of 2026, despite Sunday usually being one of crypto’s quieter days for network activity. 📈 The surge follows a busy week for XRP and came just after the Binance hack, which may have pushed more users toward self-custody and fresh wallets. Strong network growth while XRP trades near $1.25 suggests usage is improving even while price remains under pressure. 🎯 $1.25 is the immediate pivot, with $1.30 the first level that would confirm stronger price momentum. If new-wallet growth stays above roughly 4K per day while XRP reclaims $1.30, the setup becomes more constructive. A drop below $1.20 alongside network growth falling back under 3K would weaken that signal. 🔗 Our Live XRP Network Growth Chart: https://t.co/U3Q6pMirmw

That could indicate users are entering the ecosystem for reasons beyond simply chasing price momentum.
Did the Binance Hack Drive the XRP Spike?
Santiment believes the Binance breach may have contributed.
The hack triggered billions of dollars in withdrawals as users moved assets away from the exchange, potentially increasing demand for self-custody wallets.
If some XRP holders withdrew coins from Binance into newly created XRPL addresses, that would help explain the sudden jump.
However, new wallets do not automatically equal new investors.
One person can create multiple addresses, exchanges can generate fresh wallets internally, and wallet creation does not tell us how much XRP is actually being purchased.
So the 7,934 figure is a strong network-activity signal, but not proof that thousands of entirely new buyers entered XRP.

$1.30 Could Become the Important XRP Level
Santiment identifies $1.25 as the immediate pivot for XRP, with $1.30 as the first price level that would make the network-growth story more interesting.
The reasoning is straightforward.
If XRP wallet growth stays above roughly 4,000 per day and price simultaneously breaks above $1.30, improving adoption would finally be accompanied by improving price momentum.
That combination would be considerably stronger than wallet growth alone.
The bearish scenario would be XRP falling below $1.20 while new-wallet creation drops back under approximately 3,000 per day.
For now, XRP is giving traders an unusual setup.
Price is still weak, but underlying network activity has suddenly accelerated.
If that activity survives the immediate aftermath of the Binance hack, the nearly 8,000-wallet spike could turn out to be more than a one-day reaction to exchange fears.
