Why Kaspa (KAS) Could Be the Standout Crypto This Quarter

A few years ago, the idea of a proof-of-work chain processing 10 blocks per second sounded impossible. Today, Kaspa is doing exactly that. An analyst from Zacchy Crypto Update YouTube channel, believes this speed advantage and a series of upcoming upgrades could make Kaspa one of the biggest movers before the quarter ends.

According to the analyst from the Zacchy Crypto Update YouTube channel, Kaspa isn’t just another proof-of-work blockchain. It’s rewriting what people thought was possible. Bitcoin makes one block every 10 minutes. Kaspa creates around 10 blocks every second. It’s not hype, it’s a full redesign of how proof-of-work can work.

The analyst explained that Kaspa achieves this using a “blockDAG” structure instead of the traditional blockchain system. Rather than discarding competing blocks, Kaspa keeps and organizes them, which allows faster processing without sacrificing decentralization. That balance between speed and security is why many are paying closer attention to the network’s evolution.

How Kaspa’s Upgrades Strengthen Its Network

The analyst pointed out that the Crescendo upgrade earlier this year was a turning point. It boosted block production from 1 per second to about 10. For a proof-of-work network, that’s massive. He noted that the upcoming Dagnite upgrade will refine block ordering even further, cutting down on orphaned blocks and improving network efficiency.

These improvements could make Kaspa confirmations nearly instant, a feat that puts it ahead of older networks like Litecoin and Dogecoin. According to Zacchy, this level of speed and scalability is what makes Kaspa a standout in the proof-of-work space.

Why the KAS Price Has Long-Term Appeal

The commentator emphasized that Kaspa’s tokenomics are just as impressive as its technology. The KAS token powers everything on the network transactions, data movement, and miner rewards. Because the network processes blocks quickly, fees remain low while transactions confirm fast.

He also noted Kaspa’s smooth monthly halving model, which steadily reduces supply without the sudden supply shocks that Bitcoin experiences every four years. This approach creates consistent scarcity while keeping the ecosystem stable. With a total cap of about 28.7 billion KAS, the analyst explained that the project’s distribution remains transparent and fair, thanks to its no-ICO, no-pre-mine origin.

Kaspa’s Roadmap Focuses on Scalability and Real Use

The analyst said Kaspa’s vision focuses on three goals: speed, smart features, and ease of use. Crescendo improved speed, and Dagnite will make it even better.

KASPLEX, a Layer 2 upgrade, will let developers build apps and markets on Kaspa without slowing it down.

The move to the Rust-based client, also called Rusty Kaspa, has already made the network faster and more efficient. As more upgrades roll out, Zacchy expects node performance to improve further, making participation easier for anyone who wants to contribute to the network.

What Could Push Kaspa Price Higher This Quarter

Zacchy believes that if market sentiment improves, Kaspa could be one of the top-performing proof-of-work projects. The combination of real scalability, fair tokenomics, and active development gives the KAS price solid momentum potential.

He also mentioned that each major milestone Crescendo, Dagnite, and Casplex creates measurable excitement because they all represent tangible progress, not just marketing. These are the kinds of catalysts that often fuel momentum when markets heat up.

Zacchy concluded that Kaspa proves proof-of-work can still innovate. It’s not a relic of crypto’s past but a framework for its future. The project’s focus on speed, fairness, and decentralization makes it one of the most technically intriguing networks to watch this quarter.
