Crypto expert Ali asked Grok AI to act like prediction platform Polymarket and figure out which altcoin could bring the biggest returns in 2025.
The AI looked at market trends, expert opinions, social media buzz, and upcoming catalysts like ETF filings. It then gave each project a score based on how likely it is to perform well this year.

Solana (SOL) Leads the List
Solana came in with the highest probability, 14%. Grok described it as the top Layer 1 blockchain for speed and scalability.
Solana’s meme coin ecosystem has been getting lots of attention, and its recent upgrade, called Alpenglow, helped push its price higher.
There’s also talk about a possible Solana ETF being approved in 2025. If that happens, Grok says Solana price could go 5x to 10x. Social media is already buzzing about Solana’s role in DeFi and NFTs, which adds even more fuel to the fire.
Pudgy Penguin (PENGU) Follows Closely
Next up is Pudgy Penguin with a 12% chance. It’s one of the strongest meme coins out there and has already broken into the mainstream.
PENGU has over 180 billion views across social media, has deals with Sotheby’s and NASCAR, and its toys are being sold in stores around the world.
It’s also one of the few meme coins with an ETF filing, which puts it in rare company. The coin also has traction in Asia and ties to advisors with government experience.
Grok says PENGU price could also see a 5x to 10x return, thanks to its combination of meme energy and real-world business moves.
Bittensor (TAO) Stands Out in AI Narrative
Bittensor came in third with a 10% probability. It’s positioned as the top blockchain project focused on AI and machine learning. It has low supply and rising demand, especially as more people look to merge AI with Web3.
Grok says TAO has strong developer activity and is already generating revenue. If the decentralized AI trend picks up in 2025, TAO price could go 20x, making it one of the biggest potential gainers on the list.
Ondo (ONDO) Targets Real-World Assets
Ondo came in with an 8% chance.It’s focused on tokenizing real-world assets like real estate, and that’s starting to pick up steam in the crypto space.
The interesting thing about Ondo is that it’s taking revenue from the tokenized assets and using it to buy back its own tokens, which can be utilized to push the price up.
Grok pointed out that ONDO could benefit in 2025 as more institutional money looks beyond Ethereum and into RWA (real-world asset) projects. With a relatively small market cap, it wouldn’t take much for ONDO to see a big price move.
