A video posted by Levi explained why Ripple’s XRP has not seen major moves like a spike to $100 per coin yet. The analyst thinks it is also part of the reasons XRP is seeing slow institutional adoption.
According to the crypto analyst, it is not the ongoing SEC lawsuit as many might assume, but rather the spread of misinformation about XRP that is causing significant harm to the cryptocurrency and the broader industry.
The speaker, who has consistently supported XRP, expressed frustration at having to denounce an individual he had previously agreed with on multiple occasions. This individual, Raoul Pal, has been spreading what the analyst describes as a lot of hate towards the XRP community online.
Pal, who holds significant influence and is highly respected within the cryptocurrency community, is now facing backlash due to what Levi believes to be a lack of understanding on various topics.

The Claim That XRP Is Outdated and No Longer Relevant
Levi played a clip of Raoul Pal’s recent statements where Pal dismissed XRP, suggesting that it was merely “hope.” Pal’s remarks implied that XRP was outdated and no longer relevant compared to other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Solana.
However, Levi countered the view by stating that Pal’s comments were rooted in ignorance, as they failed to acknowledge the significant advancements and partnerships that XRP has secured.

XRP Has Been Outperforming Solana and Others
The analyst pointed out that XRP has been outperforming other cryptocurrencies, such as Solana in the past few weeks. XRP had risen by 6% over the past seven days, while Solana had declined by 0.2% in the same period.
Levi emphasized that XRP is fundamentally far superior to 99.9% of other crypto projects currently in existence, and it is not fair to dismiss it as something from a “couple of bull cycles ago.”
Addressing Pal’s criticism, the speaker reminded viewers that XRP had been held back by institutions and government bodies due to the SEC lawsuit, a challenge that other cryptocurrencies like Solana and BNB did not face. Levi stressed that despite these obstacles, XRP played a crucial role in providing legal clarity to the entire cryptocurrency market when it was ruled not a security.
Furthermore, the crypto analyst criticized Solana, arguing that it suffers from frequent network outages and is currently being denied ETF approvals by the SEC. He contended that Solana maximalists are more of a cult than XRP supporters, given that there are other technologies that perform better than Solana’s blockchain.
Levi also accused Solana of perpetuating scams due to its current trendiness, pointing out that many meme coins and rug pulls have emerged on the Solana chain.
