XRP Captain shared an important update regarding the ongoing legal battle between Ripple Labs and the SEC. He indicated that a settlement could be close potentially before November 4th, as he expressed excitement about the situation with a “BOOM” in his tweet.
The analyst drew attention to a recent court document from the United States District Court for the Northern District of California concerning the Ripple Labs litigation. The document outlines that the court has received a joint motion for entry of final judgment and stay, specifically referencing Docket 437.

Before reaching a final decision, the court has suggested an alternative resolution. This involves the parties considering a voluntary dismissal without prejudice of the remaining individual claim, which could be re-filed after the resolution of ongoing appeals or class claims.
The commentary highlighted that if both parties are open to this alternative approach, an amended proposed order should be submitted. However, if they are not in agreement, a notice must be filed by November 4, 2024. The analyst emphasized that this timeline could signal a significant turning point in the case, which has implications for XRP’s future.
