The BNB coin price recently peaked at $1,336 on October 7. However, there has been a slight decline since then, as it hovers around $1,250 at the time of writing. Nevertheless, following a 42% and 80% gain on its monthly and 90-day charts, respectively, a drawdown might be imminent.
According to TradingView, the Commodity Channel Index and Stochastic RSI Fast suggest the BNB coin is in an overbought area. Losing the $1,200 support could push the exchange-based altcoin to $877, its 30-day low.
TheChartHawk, a crypto analyst on X, predicts a potential reversal in the BNB coin price. Breaking out above the upper Bollinger Band, with a big volume spike and RSI and Stoch in overbought levels, a short or pullback is possible, they added.
