YouTube channel Bravos released a viral video about Ethereum and after watching it, I must say it’s one of the higher quality ones I’ve seen about ETH recently. The creator explains a few key things that most people in the market are overlooking right now.
First, Ethereum’s network activity is at an all-time high. More transactions are happening on-chain today than ever before. The last two times we saw this kind of activity were in 2017 and 2021, both of which were followed by massive price rallies. This is usually a sign of real adoption and growing demand.
But here’s the twist: despite record activity, Ethereum’s price is still stuck near the same levels as early 2021. That means the market hasn’t really priced in what’s happening on the network. At the same time, many long-term holders are selling and taking profits. Historically, that has led to short-term pullbacks, so volatility is very possible.
The video then dives into where Ethereum actually sits in the bigger crypto picture. Right now, ETH is leading in all three of the fastest-growing sectors:
- DeFi (decentralized finance) – Over 60% of activity is on Ethereum.
- Real world asset tokenization – Ethereum holds about 50% of the market.
- Stablecoins – More than half of all stablecoins run on Ethereum.
That dominance matters, because these are the sectors driving most of the growth in crypto today. On top of that, public companies and big investors are starting to accumulate Ethereum just like they once did with Bitcoin. Holdings by treasury firms jumped from 40,000 ETH in April 2025 to 2.8 million ETH now.

Put simply: short-term, Ethereum could dip if profit-taking continues. But long-term, its position is extremely strong. It has the infrastructure, adoption, and institutional interest to benefit from the next big wave of growth in crypto.
That’s why the video stood out to me. It connects Ethereum’s fundamentals to the bigger trends shaping the industry. If you’re trying to understand where ETH might be headed, it’s definitely worth a watch.
