Dogecoin Price Prediction: Analyst Gives 3 Reasons DOGE Could Rebound

Dogecoin has picked up a fresh bullish setup after Ali Martinez outlined three reasons he believes DOGE could be close to a rebound.

In a thread posted on October 16, Martinez pointed to a TD Sequential buy signal, a large on-chain cost-basis cluster near $0.081 and recent whale accumulation.

The entire thesis depends on one level: $0.081.

TD Sequential Flashes a Buy Signal

Martinez said the TD Sequential indicator has produced a buy signal on Dogecoin’s daily chart near $0.081.

The indicator is commonly used to identify potential trend exhaustion and reversal points after extended directional moves.

A TD Sequential signal does not confirm a bottom on its own, but Martinez believes the location makes this one more interesting because it lines up with a large support zone.

36 Billion DOGE Were Traded Near $0.081

URPD data shared by Martinez shows that roughly 36 billion DOGE were previously acquired around $0.081.

That makes the area important from a cost-basis perspective because a large amount of supply changed hands there.

If price returns to that zone, some holders may defend their entry levels, which can create support.

Martinez also cautioned that this does not guarantee buyers will hold the line.

Whales Have Added Around 600 Million DOGE

The third bullish factor is Dogecoin whale activity.

Martinez said large holders have accumulated about 600 million DOGE since October 12.

That adds another layer to the setup because whale buying is taking place close to the same area where the TD Sequential buy signal and the large cost-basis cluster are appearing.

The convergence of those three signals is what makes $0.081 important in his view.

How High Could Dogecoin Go?

If DOGE holds $0.081 and rebounds, Martinez is watching $0.16-$0.17 as a potential profit-taking zone.

That would be a very large move.

From $0.081 to $0.16, DOGE would need to rise about 97.5%. A move to $0.17 would equal roughly 110% upside.

The reason he expects resistance there is also tied to cost-basis data.

Around 12 billion DOGE were acquired near $0.16 and another 14 billion near $0.17, creating a large concentration of holders who may be willing to sell if price returns to those levels.

So the setup is clear: $0.081 is the support that keeps the bullish case alive, and $0.16-$0.17 is the first large upside zone.

If $0.081 fails decisively, the thesis weakens and lower support levels would need to be reassessed.
