Cardano price enters November in a difficult technical position, but two analysts are watching signs that ADA may be approaching an area from which a recovery could develop.
ADA is trading around $0.19 after losing more than 20% during October and roughly 7% over the past week. The latest market data puts Cardano near $0.193, following a drop as low as roughly $0.1825 on October 30.
Lana Valentis is focused on the larger weekly structure and sees considerable upside if Cardano eventually escapes its descending channel.
Trend Rider takes a much more immediate approach. His daily setup is not calling a bottom yet. Instead, it identifies $0.184-$0.186 as the area ADA needs to defend before a buy signal can even be confirmed.
What you'll learn 👉
Cardano Price Must Hold $0.184-$0.186 for the Recovery Setup
Trend Rider’s chart provides the cleaner short-term test.
ADA recently pulled back into its trend line around $0.184-$0.186, and his Strategy #2 has moved into a “Get ready” state.
That is not a buy signal.
His system needs three steps: an established trend, a touch of the trend line and then confirmation from the daily close. The first two conditions have occurred, but the third is still missing.
$ADA daily. Our Strategy #2 just switched to "Get ready". After a new high, price pulled back and touched its trend line at ~0.184–0.186. It’s not a buy yet. We wait for a daily close to confirm the bounce. A daily close below 0.184 cancels it. How it works: Strategy #2 doesn’t try to guess the bottom. It needs 3 things, in order: trend, touch, confirmation. 2 of 3 are done. Scenarios, not predictions: 1. Bounce confirmed: BUY signal, and the indicator draws the entry, stop and 2 targets. 2. Price chops on the line: keep waiting, no trade. 3. Daily close below 0.184: the setup is cancelled. Plan B is our Strategy #1 limit at 0.171, stop 0.145. Plan B is risky. The stop is 15% away, and there are only 7 past fills on this chart (4 hit Target 1). Use very low leverage, or none. The daily trend band just turned grey. That means neutral, not bearish, and it can still turn green. NFA

A convincing daily bounce from this area could activate the bullish setup.
A daily close below $0.184 cancels it.
That makes the immediate ADA path quite simple:
$0.184-$0.186 holds → daily bounce confirms → recovery attempt
$0.184 breaks on a daily close → setup cancelled
Trend Rider also identifies a more aggressive Plan B near $0.171, with a stop around $0.145. He explicitly describes that setup as risky, partly because the stop is about 15% away and the historical sample for the strategy is small.
The daily trend band has also turned grey. In his system that means neutral, not bearish, so Cardano has not yet generated evidence of a new bullish trend.
Cardano Price Targets $0.25 and $0.41 Come First
Lana Valentis looks much further ahead.
Her weekly chart shows ADA remaining inside a large descending channel, a pattern Cardano has repeated several times during previous market cycles.
$ADA Got Validated by the Biggest Names in Finance ✅ Cardano is still trading within a descending channel on the weekly chart. The Cardano Foundation joined Switzerland’s CMTA, alongside UBS, Pictet, and Lombard Odier. UBS manages over $7.3 trillion in assets. #ADA is now officially recognized for issuing regulated digital shares. This is institutional validation. Target levels after a confirmed breakout: 🎯 $0.25 🎯 $0.41 🎯 $0.78 🎯 $1.18 🎯 $3.00
— Lana Valentis (@LanaValentis) October 31, 2026
The chart marks the current region around $0.14-$0.19 as the bottom portion of that structure and maps a potential recovery through several horizontal levels.
Her targets after a confirmed channel breakout are:
$0.25 → $0.41 → $0.78 → $1.18 → $3.00
I would not treat all five as equivalent targets.
At ADA’s current price, $0.25 and $0.41 are the useful levels for evaluating an initial recovery.
The $0.78-$1.18 region would need a much larger trend change first, and the $3 target is a long-term scenario near Cardano’s previous cycle high, not something supported by the present daily structure.
The weekly channel has not broken yet.
That point is important because the large arrow toward $3 on Valentis’ chart represents a potential path after confirmation, not a prediction that ADA is about to move directly from $0.19 to $3.

Cardano Gets Institutional Validation From CMTA Tokenization Standard
Valentis also connects the bullish thesis to Cardano’s recent progress in regulated tokenization.
There is a genuine development behind that argument, although it is worth describing it precisely.
In October, Switzerland’s Capital Markets and Technology Association recognized Cardano’s CIP-0113 Programmable Asset Tokens implementation as equivalent to its CMTAT framework for the purpose of its Tokenized Shares certification scheme. That means issuers can use the Cardano implementation to issue ledger-based equity securities eligible for certification under CMTA standards.
CMTA’s membership includes traditional financial institutions such as UBS, Pictet and Lombard Odier.
That is useful institutional validation for Cardano’s technology, but it should not be interpreted as UBS or the other banks endorsing ADA itself.
The recognition applies to Cardano’s programmable-token infrastructure for compliant tokenized shares.
That is still significant. CIP-0113 can enforce functions such as KYC-gated transfers, denylisting, pauses and other compliance controls directly on Cardano-native assets.
The harder question for ADA investors is how quickly that technical recognition turns into actual usage and demand across the network.
Cardano Price Needs Confirmation Before the Bigger ADA Targets Become Relevant
The two charts actually complement each other well.
Trend Rider tells us what needs to happen first.
ADA must defend roughly $0.184-$0.186 and confirm a daily bounce.
Valentis then provides the larger map if that recovery develops.
The first levels I would watch are $0.25 and $0.41.
A move to $0.25 from roughly $0.193 would represent an increase of about 30%. Reaching $0.41 would mean ADA more than doubles from current levels.
Those are already substantial moves.
Only after Cardano starts reclaiming those areas would targets such as $0.78, $1.18 and eventually $3 deserve much more attention.
For now, ADA is not showing a confirmed reversal.
It is testing the area from which one could begin.
The immediate line is around $0.184. Hold it and confirm the bounce, and $0.25 becomes the first meaningful recovery target. Lose it on a daily closing basis, and the bullish setup needs to be reassessed before looking any higher.
