XRP, Hyperliquid, and Ethena have started to recover ahead of the Federal Reserve’s October policy decision. Their rebounds offer reasons to look closer, although each token still faces a technical test that could determine whether its recovery continues.
Crypto analyst Ali Charts outlined the setups in an October 27 post on X. His analysis puts support levels and breakout confirmation at the center of the discussion, as the FOMC meeting scheduled for October 27 to 28 reaches its final day.
The interesting detail is how differently these recoveries could develop. XRP has a possible reversal pattern, Hyperliquid has returned from a familiar support area, and Ethena faces resistance after a recent rebound.

XRP Price Recovery Depends on Support Near $1.25
XRP comes first on Ali Charts’ list, and its recovery has a clear condition attached. The analyst identifies $1.25 as the support level that needs to hold for a possible bullish reversal to remain valid.
His daily chart analysis points to a potential inverse head and shoulders bottom. This pattern develops through 3 troughs, with the middle trough below the surrounding 2. Its importance comes from what happens afterward, because price still needs to break above the neckline before the pattern confirms.
Ali places the potential right shoulder near $1.25 and the neckline around $1.55. A daily close above $1.55 could open a path toward his $2.10 target, although that outcome depends on a confirmed breakout.

The accompanying price snapshot places XRP around $1.32 after a bounce near $1.26. That gives the recovery some initial support, but XRP remains below the neckline required to complete Ali’s setup.
The nearby $1.25 to $1.26 area therefore matters before any discussion about $2.10 becomes more convincing. Repeated support holds can keep a recovery intact, although they cannot guarantee that the next test will succeed.
The supplied shorter term outlook identifies $1.14 as a possible downside level if $1.26 gives way. Ali’s broader daily analysis places $0.98 in focus after a loss of $1.25. These are separate downside references from different outlooks, rather than a confirmed sequence of price targets.
XRP’s immediate task is straightforward enough: preserve support, then establish whether the recovery can extend toward $1.55.

Hyperliquid Price Rebounds as HYPE Defends Its Rising Trendline
Hyperliquid follows XRP with a recovery built around a rising trendline. Ali Charts says HYPE bounced from roughly $74, near a support line the token has followed since late January.
His analysis points to earlier tests of that trendline followed by rallies of 87% in late January and 72% in early August. Those previous moves explain why the same area deserves attention, although they do not establish what the next rebound must deliver.

The accompanying snapshot puts the HYPE price near $81 after a bounce around $75. That places the token above the support area identified across both accounts, but the recovery still depends on that area remaining intact.
Ali’s upside target is $110 if support near $74 continues to hold. The distance between the support zone and that target leaves room for a larger recovery, although HYPE would still need sustained buying to reach it.
The downside case is equally important. Ali identifies $67 and then $60 if the trendline breaks, compared with roughly $68 in the supplied shorter term outlook after a loss of $75.
These nearby levels create a reasonably consistent picture around the initial downside risk. A break below the $74 to $75 area would weaken the rebound thesis and bring the upper $60s into consideration.
HYPE’s earlier rallies provide useful context, but its next response to support will carry more weight than its previous percentage returns.
Ethena Price Needs a $0.22 Breakout to Extend Its Recovery
Ethena completes the list with a different technical challenge. XRP and HYPE need their support levels to survive, but ENA needs to clear resistance before Ali’s breakout case becomes valid.
Ali Charts reports that Ethena rose roughly 18% over the preceding few days and reached the upper boundary of a descending channel. That channel represents a broader pattern of lower price boundaries, so a rebound within it does not automatically establish a reversal.

His confirmation level is a 4 hour close above $0.22. Such a close could open the way toward $0.24, followed by a possible extension to $0.27.
The closing price matters because a temporary move above resistance can fail before the candle finishes. ENA needs to demonstrate that it can remain above the boundary, rather than briefly cross it.
The accompanying context describes an earlier recovery from around $0.17. That rebound helps explain the recent improvement, although the larger technical obstacle remains the channel ceiling.
Ali places a possible pullback near the channel’s middle around $0.18 if resistance holds. The supplied downside scenario identifies roughly $0.142 if the recovery fails and price loses the $0.17 area.
Those scenarios describe different degrees of weakness. A retreat toward $0.18 would fit Ali’s channel analysis, whereas a loss of $0.17 would undermine the recovery from its recent base.

The FOMC Decision Tests All 3 Altcoin Recoveries
The FOMC decision gives these setups a shared event risk, but the charts require different evidence afterward. A favorable market response would still need support holds or breakout confirmation before the larger targets become more credible.
The main technical conditions are:
- XRP needs support near $1.25 before a daily breakout above $1.55 becomes the central test.
- HYPE needs the $74 to $75 area to hold for Ali’s $110 recovery scenario.
- ENA needs a 4 hour close above $0.22 before $0.24 and $0.27 become stronger possibilities.
An unfavorable response could instead expose the downside levels outlined in each analysis. A mixed response could leave prices between support and resistance without a decisive breakout.
