Chainlink (LINK) Price Prediction: Should We Expect New Highs in 2025?

Chainlink price reached a yearly high of $27.9 in late August before cooling off to around $22.9 at the time of writing. This pullback could make traders curious about if this is just a brief pause, or the start of something bigger? The curiosity isn’t only about price it also ties to the chart structure and the project’s steady progress.

According to an analysis from 5DayCrypto YouTube channel, the key level to watch right now is $24. He explained that reclaiming this area would mark an early test after price was rejected near the median of the Gaussian channel on the 4-hour chart.

A decisive close above $24 would signal buyers stepping back in. On the flip side, losing and closing below the nearby $23 cluster could shift focus to the 200 EMA on the 4-hour timeframe a level traders often see as a balance point.

LINK Price Chart

The analyst also noted that, on the daily chart, momentum indicators take the spotlight. A drop below the 21 EMA usually slows price action, while holding the 34 EMA and 50-day EMA keeps the broader trend intact. In the video, support zones were outlined step by step: $23 first, then $22, followed by a larger support shelf near $20 that lines up with a monthly level many chartists track.

If LINK chops between flat highs and lows through September, that range-bound action could quietly build a base for the next move. It’s less about sprinting to new highs right away, and more about pacing for a longer run.

Chainlink Price Story Meets the Actual Product Idea

Smart contracts cannot read a website or an API on their own. Oracles serve as the courier that fetches data, verifies it, then hands it to a contract on chain. Chainlink built a network of independent node operators that perform this job with cryptographic checks and economic incentives. Picture stadium scoreboards fed by many timekeepers instead of one person with a stopwatch. That redundancy boosts trust.

Growth vectors appear in services on top of those oracles. CCIP moves messages and value across chains, similar to an airport skybridge that lets passengers switch gates without leaving security. Staking v0.2 improves node skin in the game.

Enterprise data feeds open doors for traditional firms that want secure connections into on chain finance. None of this guarantees a chart outcome, yet product momentum often sets the backdrop for price moves when liquidity returns.

LINK Versus Bitcoin Macro Math from 5DayCrypto: Chainlink Prediction for 2025

The analyst from 5DayCrypto YouTube channel walks through LINKBTC levels using Fibonacci zones. A push to the 0.5 area on LINKBTC, paired with a Bitcoin target of $150,000, implies LINK around $65. Stretch Bitcoin to $175,000 and the same ratio lands near $75 for LINK. A stronger wick toward the 0.618 could tag a psychological $100 if market heat cooperates.

A conservative path to the 0.382, again on a $150,000 Bitcoin, points closer to $48 for LINK price. Numbers like these are scenario math, not fortune telling, and depend on Bitcoin strength plus LINKBTC relative performance.

Networks survive on trust and uptime. Chainlink spent years building relationships with exchanges, data providers, and protocols, so feeds keep ticking even when volatility hits. That history gives Chainlink a moat that newer oracle projects still try to cross. Market structure adds a twist here.

Base building near $20 on the higher time frames, as the analyst notes, resembles the kind of launching pad that fueled prior LINK runs. Sentiment around cross chain apps creates a second tailwind. The setup might remind readers of Solana during early momentum phases, where steady builder energy preceded a speed burst once conditions aligned.

What Must Happen for Chainlink Price to Press New Highs in 2025

The analyst mentioned that a reclaim of $24 on lower time frames would help rebuild confidence, then a weekly close that holds above the 21 EMA would show trend health. Higher lows above the $20 shelf would confirm structure.

Adoption of CCIP across major protocols, plus continued enterprise integrations, would strengthen the fundamental story that often draws longer term capital. LINKBTC needs to outperform during the next liquidity wave. 5DayCrypto’s map gives checkpoints to track rather than guesses to chase.

Charts tell a story about pressure and patience. Product tells a story about usefulness. LINK sits at the intersection. New highs in 2025 stay possible if structure stabilizes above key EMAs, LINKBTC gains ground, and Chainlink keeps shipping tools that real users need. Curiosity fits here, not certainty.
